The personal essay is one of the most enduring and adaptable literary forms, allowing for experimentation and a dissolution of the traditional boundaries between memoir and journalism. Over the 14-day intensive we’ll write every day, survey the form, complete five new essays, explore the market, and polish at least one personal essay for publication.
